Returns Policy

At IPIParts.com, we want to make returns and cancellations as straightforward as possible. Please review the guidelines below:

- Contact us to arrange any returns.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

- The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the returned item has been received and processed.

- Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount

- Include a copy of your invoice with the returned item.

- Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.

- We cannot accept used, installed, or tested parts.

- Electrical parts are not returnable.

- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

- Orders, or portions of orders, may be cancelled up until the time they are shipped and no longer in our possession.

- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% may apply.
